Prototypes were developed and tested with carefully chosen user group. Prototypes generally range from thermocol to MDF to acrylic models to manual prototypes done through plastic sheets. Prototype material and process are chosen based on the requirements for a particular product. Rapid prototypes will be done, when there is a need to check the plastic part design.
