Well targeted and planned research indirectly brings out unexpressed user needs, which helps us to create innovative solutions. Understanding user’s emotional and physical interaction with product will enhance our design output. We use traditional market research methodologies to gather quantitative data wherever it s applicable. Qualitative research is carried through focus group interaction, depth interviews with specified audience, detailed ethnographic interaction and direst observation methods. Research includes study of user, task analysis, competitor study, environmental study and trend analysis.
